Zotero will prompt you to select a citation style, e.g. if the "Item Name" field is blank, you must select a Citation. (I'm not sure why it always does this at least for me, the references should not be ambiguous.) Ensure that every Citation listed in the table has a corresponding Item Name. Zotero will display a table and ask you to confirm any ambiguous references. You can also select an output file, or you can accept the default file created by Zotero. Select the RTF file that you created in the previous step. Zotero will prompt you to select input and output files.
